Southborough Affordable Housing Trust presents 2025 progress to Select Board. The committee reported completion of the Housing Production Plan, approval of a warrant article transferring Community Preservation Committee funds, engagement with three residents regarding potential home purchases, and direct bidding on multiple parcels and single-family homes. Members also applied to the Massachusetts Housing Partnership for technical assistance and sought approximately $50,000 in additional funding from the Community Preservation Committee.
