SOUTHBOROUGH — The Select Board unanimously approved a Common Victualler License for Healthy Shakes LLC, doing business as Fresh Monkee, voting 5-0 on July 10. Applicant Patrice Kontchou explained the business had already secured Board of Health approval but needed additional Select Board authorization. The soft opening, originally planned for July 13, was rescheduled to July 20 due to a supplier delay.
The Route 9 restaurant will operate Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
