Southborough Board of Assessors commits $154,549 in motor vehicle excise taxes affecting 325 property owners. The board voted unanimously to adopt excise tax commitment 2026-03, approving monthly abatements totaling $21,359.00 across four levy years. The board unanimously authorized a new Catalis contract for AP-5 and AxisGIS integration, with a $2,000 setup fee and annual subscription fees beginning at $3,700.
Principal Assessor Paul Cibelli noted the Trustees of the Reservations will transfer Chestnut Hill Farm's leased acreage out of tax-exempt status, with billing beginning in fiscal 2027.
