Board of Health minutes overdue at Town Clerk office

Board of Health · Meeting of March 10, 2026

SOUTHBOROUGH — The Southborough Board of Health failed to file minutes from its March 10 and April 7 meetings by the 45-day deadline required under Southborough Town Code section 9-25. Board Chair Chelsea Malinowski received notice on May 28, 2026 — 79 days after the first meeting — from the Town Clerk's office that the documents remained outstanding. The town code requires such notification and allows boards to clarify whether meetings were cancelled, lacked quorum, or involved executive sessions.

No explanation or minutes had been submitted as of the notice date.
