SOUTHBOROUGH — Community Preservation Committee defers fiscal 2027 budget vote pending full member understanding of fund allocations. The committee reviewed projected revenue of $587,559 with $178,881 available for new projects but continued voting on its main warrant articles. The Fayville Park Improvements project is moving to fall Town Meeting to address parking concerns.

The committee moved forward on a $59,256.09 transfer to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, though Vice-Chair Kristin LaVault opposed the article.
