SOUTHBOROUGH — Cultural Arts Council's March meeting lacked quorum, forcing deferral of formal business. Members Jane Gates and Kate Heusner, along with prospective member Martha Bruccoleri, discussed an informal overview of the grant cycle and planning for an upcoming grant reception. The council informally decided to shift the reception to Fall to align with the official grant cycle announcement.
Gates volunteered to serve as Event Liaison for the event. Approval of November minutes, the Treasurer's Report, and formal review of committee roles and structure were tabled to the next meeting.
