SOUTHBOROUGH — Housing Authority approves unanimous budget adjustments and defers sidewalk bid. The Board approved a $260 tenant accounts receivable write-off from a 2022 vacancy and a $5,422.25 change order credit for common area interior painting and flooring at Colonial Gardens, reflecting a cheaper corner guard substitution.
