Housing Authority approves maintenance policy and accepts executive director report.

Southborough Housing Authority unanimously approved its Charges for Maintenance Repairs Policy on January 12. Executive Director Paul Landers reported the hallways project nears completion with only two hallways remaining, requiring treads, cove base, and repainting, while sidewalk drawings for full ADA compliance are in development. Chair John Wood is recruiting candidates to fill two vacant board seats.
Housing Authority reports one unit leased and a second to be filled via internal transfer by month's end, with rent determination packets mailing February 1 and new rents effective May 1, 2026.
