Housing Authority approves March minutes and emergency septic reimbursement.

Housing Authority · Meeting of April 13, 2026

SOUTHBOROUGH — The Southborough Housing Authority unanimously approved accounts payable and the Executive Director's report on April 13. Chair John Wood and Commissioners Katie Barry and Nancy Soter heard from Executive Director Paul Landers that reserves are strong and will grow once the Authority receives reimbursement for emergency septic work. An asphalt sidewalk project is moving toward bids due by month's end, while the hallway renovation is nearing completion with corner-guard changes expected to save several thousand dollars.

A vacant housing unit should be leased by mid-May, and the developing capital plan prioritizes kitchen upgrades.
