Housing Authority approves policies and accepts high performance review.

SOUTHBOROUGH — Housing Authority approves two policies and celebrates performance review. The Southborough Housing Authority voted unanimously to adopt a revised Gardening and Recreational Activity Policy and to approve participation in the Massachusetts State-Aided Property Insurance Program, both required by the State. Executive Director Paul Landers reported the Authority scored 95 percent on its recent Performance Management Review and completed emergency septic replacement work eligible for state reimbursement.

Chair John Wood plans to follow up with the Select Board on ongoing trash removal coordination with the Department of Public Works.
