SOUTHBOROUGH — Housing Authority votes unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes and March accounts payable. Executive Director Paul Landers reported the hallway project nearing completion with minor details remaining, while the sidewalk project is ready to bid with an expected May vote and June notice to proceed. William Scanlan, Manager of Operations, confirmed successful delivery and installation of 50 refrigerators through grant funding, with residents expressing satisfaction.
Chair John Wood noted Scott Navaroli has begun the application process for a vacant elected board seat, with a second appointment expected from the Select Board.
