SOUTHBOROUGH — Master Plan Implementation Committee approves prior minutes and plans community engagement for 2030 update. The Committee, chaired by Deborah DeMuria and including members Sam Stivers, Will Warren, and Alan Belniak, discussed strategies to improve communication with town boards and departments and to solicit public input through forums, surveys, and outreach to local organizations. Members noted the Planning Board's openness to meeting jointly with the Select Board to discuss shared goals, and reported that the school administration is updating its strategic plan for 2025-2030 with interest in MPIC collaboration.
The Committee approved December meeting minutes on a 3-1 vote, with Belniak abstaining.
