SOUTHBOROUGH — Master Plan Implementation Committee prepares for 2030 cycle with structural reforms. Chair Deborah DeMuria and four members approved prior minutes and outlined recommendations including hiring a consultant, boosting public engagement through marketing, and using artificial intelligence to synthesize town committee minutes as planning foundations. The panel plans a June joint meeting with the Select Board and Planning Board following town elections to influence goal-setting and will add school administration updates to its tracking system.
