SOUTHBOROUGH — Municipal Technology Committee unanimously endorses Article 6 cloud phone replacement. Chair Matthew Probst led the five-member committee through its spring warrant review on March 3, approving municipal IT operations funding to replace an end-of-life phone system with cloud infrastructure, an initiative the MTC has advocated for several years. Four other technology warrant items fell outside the committee's purview.

The committee also scheduled meeting room technology deployment to complete by late March or mid-April and tasked Chair Probst with generating satisfaction survey and process improvement reports for the April 14 meeting.
