Planning Board Advances Five Zoning Articles for Town Meeting

SOUTHBOROUGH — Planning Board unanimously advances five zoning articles for Town Meeting deliberation. Chair Meme Luttrell and members Alan Belniak, Lisa Braccio, Debbie DeMuria, and Marnie Hoolahan voted to continue all five items to April 11, 2026, including a proposed ADU Bylaw update, Tricentennial Committee Signs amendment, Industrial Park District Expanded Uses revision, MCOD dimensional table correction, and a measure replacing SHOPC with the Southborough Affordable Housing Trust. Two site plan modifications at 22 Turnpike Road and 154 Turnpike Road continue with applicants required to submit additional compliance documentation; both decisions now due May 1.

The McAuliffe Hearing Room closes for construction April 8-27, moving Planning Board meetings to the Public Safety Building.
