Planning Board · Meeting of February 23, 2026

Southborough Planning Board cleared four warrant articles for April town meeting in a unanimous series of votes. The board continued hearings on an Industrial Park District bylaw modernizing uses and establishing data center safeguards with 300- to 400-foot residential setbacks; a 352 Turnpike Road site plan for Disability Assistance and Vocational Education Inc.; an MBTA Communities Overlay District dimensional table correction; and a zoning amendment replacing the Southborough Housing Opportunity Partnership Committee with the Southborough Affordable Housing Trust. The board voted unanimously to withdraw a 55-plus housing bylaw from the April warrant pending further work and public comment.
