SOUTHBOROUGH — Planning Board unanimously endorses five zoning articles for Town Meeting. Chair Meme Luttrell and members Marnie Hoolahan, Debbie DeMuria, and Alan Belniak approved motions backing amendments to the accessory dwelling unit bylaw, the industrial park data center regulations, the MCOD dimensional table, the Southborough Affordable Housing Trust replacement, and tricentennial signage zoning.
