SOUTHBOROUGH — Planning Board recommends revoking the Southborough Historical Society's Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. The board voted 4-1 (with Debbie DeMuria opposing) after finding the SHS in violation of six conditions tied to its Major Site Plan Approval at 40-42 Central Street, citing parking non-compliance and classes held past a dusk-to-dawn parking restriction. The board unanimously approved removal of approximately 10 feet of stonewall on Flagg Road to relocate a repeatedly struck fire hydrant, preferring the removed stones remain on Flagg Road with the Valvoline project offered first use.
The board also unanimously adopted newly drafted Native Landscape Regulations for Site Plan Review and accepted a 324,140.81 dollar bond estimate for Ruby Estates Subdivision at 96 Mt. Vickery Road.
