SOUTHBOROUGH — Planning Board reorganizes with unanimous votes for leadership and appointments. The Board elected Lisa Braccio as Chair and Debbie DeMuria as Vice Chair, and reappointed all members of the Master Plan Implementation Committee to one-year terms. Debbie DeMuria was named Planning Board Representative to the Metro West Regional Collaborative, with Alan Belniak as Alternate.
The Board recommended that the Building Inspector issue a Certificate of Occupancy for 200 Turnpike Road contingent on completion of landscaping and slope stabilization by October 1, 2026, and establishment of a 30,000 dollar Performance Bond.
