Southborough Planning Board reviewed zoning enforcement authority and continued two major site plans. Chair Lisa Braccio presented the formal enforcement policy under which the Building Inspector served as enforcement officer and the board could refer violations for administrative review. The board voted unanimously to continue the 22 Turnpike Road golf range project to August 17, extending its decision deadline to September 18.

The board also unanimously continued the 154 Turnpike Road site plan to September 14, extended that deadline to October 2, and authorized Town Planner Karina Quinn to sign off on a Certificate of Occupancy for Chase Bank interior work at that address. ===BRIEF===
