Southborough Select Board names three to elementary school building committee. Robert Moss won unanimous approval, while Jason Malinowski and Andrew Pfaff gained a 3-2 majority in a joint meeting with the School Committee. The board also approved DPW appointments of Jonathan Foster and Bruno Vachier on a 4-1 vote, with Al Hamilton opposed.
In a contentious debate over Article 13 of the April 11 Annual Town Meeting warrant, the board voted 3-2 to support the full roads and sidewalks bond request of 22.255 million dollars for roads and 2.745 million dollars for sidewalks, rejecting Al Hamilton's motion to shift routine and preventative maintenance to the operating budget.
