SOUTHBOROUGH — Select Board establishes FY27 goals with board liaisons and department heads assigned. The board consolidated member submissions into nine categories spanning financial planning, government efficiency, technology, community engagement, human services, economic development, educational facilities, and infrastructure. Chair Kathryn M.
Cook reported on a meeting with the Department of Local Services regarding municipal finances and flagged a potential operational override for FY28 for discussion on the July agenda. Assistant Town Administrator Vanessa Hale will circulate a revised goal sheet to board members for final review.
