The board consolidated member submissions into nine categories spanning financial planning, government efficiency, technology, community engagement, human services, economic development, educational facilities, and infrastructure. Chair Kathryn M.
Cook reported on a meeting with the Department of Local Services regarding municipal finances and flagged a potential operational override for FY28 for discussion on the July agenda. Assistant Town Administrator Vanessa Hale will circulate a revised goal sheet to board members for final review.
