Wastewater Study Committee approves March minutes, advances Route 9 DIF plan.

Southborough Wastewater Study Committee unanimously approves prior minutes. Chair Sam Stivers reviewed the District Improvement Financing proposal for Route 9, a mechanism to establish baseline property values across a 1,547-acre district with 580 parcels valued at $786 million as of January 1, 2026. Committee member Claire Reynolds reported that Southborough and Westborough are preparing a joint One Stop application for a Route 9 east-west corridor feasibility study, and that a OneDrive document repository for committee materials has been set up.
Stivers requested the Select Board consider extending the committee's term beyond its June 30 expiration date.
