Youth and Family Services Office to Relocate to Common Street in Late Summer

The town's Department of Youth and Family Services has announced it will leave its longtime home on Highland Street for a new address on Common Street, the headline municipal move of an otherwise quiet Monday in Southborough.

TOWN HALL

Southborough's Department of Youth and Family Services is pulling up stakes at the South Union building at 21 Highland St. and heading to 25 Common St., directly across from Pilgrim Congregational Church. The town posted the move notice June 29, with a target of late summer 2026. Residents seeking SYFS services should plan for the new address once an official confirmation is posted to the town website at southboroughma.gov.

Also noted on the town homepage: construction is scheduled on Pine Hill Road beginning June 29. Residents traveling that corridor should expect activity and plan accordingly.

COMING UP

The Recreation Commission meets Tuesday, June 30. Check the town calendar at southboroughma.gov/Calendar.aspx for agenda details and virtual-meeting access information.
