Southborough Conservation Commission continues hearing on 1,950-foot water main lining project. The Town of Southborough's proposed installation of cured-in-place pipe structural lining on Lynbrook Road qualifies as a limited project under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, affecting approximately 280 square feet of buffer zone and 731 square feet within the 20-foot no-work zone; Chair Mark Possemato required the applicant to address external reviewer comments and submit revised plans before April 2. The Commission also voted unanimously to continue an initial hearing on a proposed apartment complex at 0 Southville Road to April 30, directing the applicant to resolve the wetland delineation locked by an earlier approval that expires April 23.
The Commission unanimously issued a Certificate of Compliance for a trench drain at 26 Meadow Lane after two years of successful invasive species removal monitoring.
