Southborough Conservation Commission approves shed at golf center, continues riverfront apartment hearing. The Commission issued a Negative Determination of Applicability for an 11-by-15-foot shed at 22 Turnpike Road and unanimously approved revised Land Use Regulations for Breakneck Hill conservation land. The 60-unit apartment proposal at 0 Southville Road was continued to May 14 after resident Freddie Gillespie challenged the applicant's alternatives analysis and zoning compliance; Chair Mark Possemato stated the Commission does not bend wetland or riverfront protection rules.
A 40B housing project at 250 Turnpike Road advances to ZBA deliberation on May 6.
