Conservation Commission Issues Septic System Order of Conditions

SOUTHBOROUGH — Septic system replacement clears Southborough Conservation Commission. The Conservation Commission unanimously approved an Order of Conditions for a septic system replacement at 11 Brook Lane, authorizing relocation of the system and leech field further from an intermittent stream bordering the property. Commissioner Elizabeth Zulick moved to issue the conditions for the 330-gallon-per-day system serving a 3-bedroom home.

In related business, the commission also approved an amended Order of Conditions for 8 Schipper Farm Lane, changing the project scope from a bowling ball pyramid to a shed installation and issuing it as an administrative amendment to accommodate the reduced environmental impact.
