SOUTHBOROUGH — Conservation Commission defers two certificate-of-compliance requests pending additional review. Applicant Michael Schmidt of Goddard Consulting submitted a revised as-built for 170 Woodland Road minutes before the May 14 meeting, prompting Chair Mark Possemato and Member Kevin Farrington to request time for staff evaluation. At 229 Parkerville Road, homeowner John Alcott presented documentation on a vegetable garden encroaching the 20-foot buffer zone by roughly six inches by one foot; Member Benjamin Smith stated he wanted further input from Conservation Agent Melissa Danza before the Commission acts.
The Commission also voted unanimously to continue the public hearing for a proposed two-apartment development at 0 Southville Road to June 4, 2026.
